The people I live with
All my life since I was born I lived with my family. First, when I was little, I used to spend most of the time in my aunt's house because my parents worked all day. As I was growing, I started to spend time at home with my younger sister. while my parents were at work. They got divorced when I was 12 years old and my father left our home to live with his new girlfriend in Yecla. Since then, I have been living only with my mum and sister until my mother found a partner who started living with us from time to time 2 years ago. We lived together until now because when I finished bachillerato, I decided to live in Murcia with my two best friends: María and Sasha.
On the one hand, María is one of the kindest people I have met. She always cares about me and how I am feeling even though she doesn't like to give me the affection I want when I miss my mother. She's studying Translation and Interpreting in the University of Murcia. I love that because there are sometimes I don't know how to translate a word from English to Spanish (some don't even have a translation) and she understands what I am saying. Spending time with her is really fun because we have the same humor and we love the same kind of jokes. However, I am quite obsessive about our apartment being clean and she is quite messy in that aspect, that's why sometimes I lose my head trying to make her understand not to leave trash everywhere and to tide up everything.
On the other hand, we have Sasha. She's quite similar to me in personality and that's why we argue sometimes. I like to call her a free soul because she hates being in the same place for so long or staying at home as María and I love. She is studying a Higher Level Education Cycle about diet and nutrition in UCAM. Sasha has a strong temperament, but she is a good person after all. We have some things in common like our obsession of everything being clean and tided up and that helps when we have to scold María about not leaving the food wrap everywhere.
In shorter, we get along really well, at least right now. We have different and strong personalities, but same opinions. For example, an advantage of living with them is that María and I are vegetarians and Sasha is vegan so we don't really have any problems when it comes to food. We also like watching series and movies, and we spend nights in the living room watching everything. We love each other and that's why we decided to live together. I hope we keep living together for a long time or, at least, near each other.
