To start with, the best car to own would be the one that is adapted to your necessities. For example, if you have children, it would be preferable to have a big car with many seats. On the other hand, if you do not have children and use the car to go to work, you would need one adapted to that situation and so on.
In my case, I've always liked cars in general. They're not a topic I would introduce in a conversation, but if someone brings it, I wouldn't have any problem talking about it. My taste for cars is probably a heritage from my father, who is in love with them and has always talked about them to me.
Right now, my ideal car is a big one (even if I'm not thinking of having children) just because I like how they look. The color would be black, white or blue and the reason is that I'm a lover of monochromatic colors. I'm not the type of person who'd like to brag about their car being a famous brand or not, as long as the car works well, I'm not exigent in that sense.
