Homework 9/10/2018

Descriptive paragraph:

Today we worked with 5 examples of how to write a good descriptive paragraph.

https://www.thoughtco.com/model-descriptive-paragraphs-1690573

A friendly clown:

The pattern it follows is of importance because it describes the head, then the body and finally the unicycle. In the CS we get a positive feeling of the writer describing the element.

The Blond Guitar:

The writer here gets in a way it makes the reader understand. It starts with a TS and then SSs to describe the guitar. It's easily to feel the affection that the writer has for the object.

Gregory the cat:

Here we see something very clear: personification. The writer describes the cat focusing on his habits and acts instead of the physical part.

  • It's important before writing to know what we're talking about and also why and what is our opinion about it.
